3-Methylfentanyl (3-MF, mefentanyl) is an opioid analgesic. In its effects, it is analogous to Fentanyl, but is far more potent. 3-Methylfentanyl is 10–15 times more potent than Fentanyl, and several thousand times stronger than Morphine.
